Surveillance Optimization Project for Chronic Wasting Disease dataset for Virginia, US, 2001-2021

This collection includes four distinct datasets from the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources which were shared with the Cornell Wildlife Health Lab for the Surveillance Optimization Project for Chronic Wasting Disease (SOP4CWD). The datasets represent 1) cervid facilities in 2020; 2) meat processor and taxidermist operations in 2021; 3) hunter-harvested white tailed deer data from the 2021 hunting season; and 4) CWD testing in the state of Virginia, between the dates of 01/02/2001 and 10/13/2020 conducted and collected by the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources (formerly Department of Game & Inland Fisheries).
