West Nile Virus Surveillance Data

This dataset lists all cases of positive West Nile Virus tests in wildlife in New York State from 2018 to present. This includes location (county) and date of the detection based on when the animal was reported to or found by the New York State Wildlife Health Program. The dataset is updated periodically as additional test results become available.
